Every build has its own innovation, intricacies, and timelines. We as a team consider each of these elements critically from the beginning. By establishing clear communication, we can balance our clients’ design ideas and lifestyle alongside functionality and budget. Any queries or concerns can be addressed, prior to construction.
An indication of what to expect when building with Mackkcon Homes is outlined below.
Initial Enquiry
Get in touch with us to arrange a consultation. Through this meeting we establish the big ticket items – bedrooms, bathrooms, design, budget and answer any queries or concerns with building your new home.
Defining your Vision
Through collaboration with our designer, we can bring your ideas and style to life. Working together, we can gain a better understanding of what are your ‘must have’s’ to suit your lifestyle, design and functionality of your new home.
Concept Development
This is where the fun starts! We will further develop the design of your new home. You will complete a colour selection hand-picking the colour scheme, products, materials, fixtures, fittings and other inclusions, with our colour selection specialist.
Additionally, we complete any Planning Permissions & Approvals required.
Site Inspection
During this stage, we meet on site, ensuring we have captured all that your block has to offer.
Quotation Offer and Acceptance
Once the plans and custom inclusions are all locked down, we will finalise your quote. Any last minute changes can be resolved ready for contracts.
Contract Preparation
Here we will finalise the design, obtain advice from our Structural Engineer and complete your MBAV contracts.
Construction
Once the contracts are signed, we will apply for a building permit ready for the commencement of your new home.
